JPC Budget E85 fuel system install pics 2014 Mustang GT

Thought I would post pics and information on installing a return style fuel system. I picked the JPC budget E85 system. Not too bad to install definitely buy the fuel ring tool I show and have a lot of patience.

also ordered MMR OPG and TIMING Gear sprocket and ATI Balancer installing those in a couple of weeks.

bought this on amazon.

remove fuel sensor from factory set up and install it on the new fuel hat

Had to use a 36 inch pipe on the 14 inch breaker bar to seat the fuel ring back

mount fuse / relay module behind seat in trunk

have to loosen k member bolts to get plastic cover out

need a flat blade screwdriver to unclip fuel line from chassis next to fuel tank

]

mounting fuse blocks on firewall

mounted fuel pump cut off switch to relays to turn off pumps

Set fuel pressure to 56 psi per Justin @ VMP

Over all a great system reasonably priced. Thanks to sam ( cb900f) on svtp for answering a lot of questions along the way.

I read this on svt and its a nice right up. I think us fossil fuel guys can even benefit from that set up.

Thanks I am not sure it is worth it if you don't go E85 or race fuel. The gas we have in AZ stinks so I could never get the KS off unless I ran 7.5 gallon of SUNCO 108 race gas and then timing only went to 20* adv, with E85 I am 23* - 24*.
I would check with your tuner. Since I am using a 79mm pulley I was running a little lean at higher rpms.

I should say for those that want to run a flex fuel tune. I assume your running id1000s which I need to get.
