You said yourself that the businesses are corrupt. Seems like they are just going to order the handheld tuner, 3 free tunes, and intake manifold off AM and flip it on you for a few hundred. An authorized Ford dealership would never try to sell you an SCT tuner. That's a warning sign right there to stay away.
