I think he was including the sways and LCAs in his 2.5, which is probably pretty close. Either way you will see a huge improvement in handling with springs/shocks/strut top/watts link. I think mine came out to around 1500 total with the Steeda HD strut mounts included.

In my experience you won't need sways with the Watts Link. You can adjust the roll center. Mine corners very flat and very neutral with the roll center down one notch.. On the lower control arms, I just yanked my J&M's off and put them on Ebay. Too big a NVH penalty. Car is silent once again.

@Modshack - LOL on the LCA's. My OEM ones are back on the car as well for the same reason as you.

Ha! I'm sure I wasn't the only one! The Benefits (?) just didn't outweigh the penalties...Seems a lot of guys here just put up with Stuff like this. Car is smoother, more refined, and quieter....I don't do burn-outs so I didn't really need them for the wheel hop thing anyway. Much happier now...

Question: which J&M LCAs did you have? Was it these?

http://www.hotpart.com/shop/index.ph...ct_detail&p=46

Or was it the cheaper ones?

thanks

No These: http://www.hotpart.com/shop/index.ph...ct_detail&p=45

You would have thought the Polyball ones would be quiet, but no.
