6R80 swap pcm flash
mine is all done and works fine but with donor vin. What is the trick to do it with the original vin. I have ids. I just don’t know how to flash it with the right vin

I think I remember going back in and when it asked me if it was the correct VIN, I said no and then input my correct VIN. After that, my original VIN was back.
