I'd go with a shelby gt500. My car was 40k a well equipped gt500 is right at 55k.... It's a no brainer, which I am well equipped for. Wait, that didn't come out right!

I agree get a GT500 or Boss Laguna Seca with a turbo kit, unless you really want to spend all the cash on bling.

If I was spending 50k+ on a car, It would be a Vette. Sorry guys, serious. Always loved them.

For $15k, a built 5.8L Wiseco shortblock, CNC Heads, Cams, and that will be just about it. Then you add the fuel system and Boss intake. Sell off the factory stuff and buy a blower.

If you want to drop that much dime on a Stang, start with a built long block and then worry about the rest later. But pre-plan for boost or N/A. You may be able to squeeze in a long block and blower depending on what you purchase.
