Automatic Transmission Help - Error Code P0732

Hey everyone...

Looking for a little help here.

I have a 2010 Mustang GT Automatic with 19500 miles on it. This morning I was pulling in to the parking garage and got the 'wrench' light to come on next to the tachometer.

I had my SCT tuner out and pulled the error code; P0732 - Issue with 2nd gear ratio.

I have not had any issues with the transmission to date and due to the mileage, everything should be in O.K. shape.

My current lists of mods are:
JLT Series 3 CAI
Bama 93 race tune
FRPP throttle body
Pypes Off-Road X
Flowmaster Outlaws

I will admit, I do 'manually' shift the auto from time to time but I NEVER run it to redline or pull it in to a lower gear when I'm going too fast.

Anyone ever run in to this problem?

Thanks

I had a BAMA 93 octane tune...and when I took my car for a REAL on-dyno tune I was shown (by the guys doing the tune) that he BAMA tune was off by 30% on the A/F mixture settings. And my A6 auto trans in my '12 GT/5.0 developed shifting problems too. I emailed AM and they sent me new tunes...the one that was off by 30%!

How do u know if ur developing shifting problems? I notice sometimes when I run my car and it shifts gears I jolt a little forward on my seat. It usually happens at low speeds
