I haven't come across another MCA Edition yet & Im having trouble thinking of what kind of graphics I can do on this. I hate to remove the MCA sticker, but its so dark against the Sterling paint. Any thoughts?

I had that same question on my MCA, then CDC selected it for the Woodward Dream Cruise make over and did a hood graphic which I really like:









Lost the MCA grille as part of the make over when they put the performance grille on. I think about putting the MCA grille back on at times because I liked it, but then I have to strip the lower grille since I plasti-dipped it black to match the performance grille better.

Changing out the hood though. This is a photoshop of what the car will look like when the body shop is done. The hood is there, just need to get the car in for a test fit and then they will start to paint it. Decided to change up the hood graphic since it is a new hood from Revelare Design.

 

Outline it with .25" medium silver metallic pinstripe from 3M.

I just added Black Stripes to mine

 

I love the stripes...I saw someone put a thin silver stripe on theirs and it really made everything pop. I feel like I'm "stuck" with black since that's what the Mustang Club of America graphic is. I've still not come across another MCA Edition on the road or even the AM show last month, so I hate to remove it since it seems uncommon.

 

I had mine at the AM show last month! I have a DIB and it's even harder to see the decal. Kinda pointless being there when no one can see it.

 

I have actually passed a SGM MCA when I was down south of Miami on vacation last year on I-75 north.
I see them more with the 14 being out, but even fewer with the Performance Package on them.
I decided I was leaving mine on for now, but it goes with the Black on Gray theme I am going for.

 

I added a small stripe above & below...made the MCA decal stand out a little more

 

I would imagine that this why Ford did not make a SGM Boss 302... The reflective stripes would not show up in the sun...

 

Yeah that does look better--that was a good suggestion that MJJ made. Very nice.
