Great looking car, the stripe is a great compliment! I'm in favor of Black rims and thing a gloss type finish would blend nicely in your case. Let us know what you decide to do!

 

Can you post more of the shifter **** and where it meets the boot? I have been thinking of changing mine to a ball type **** but have not liked the way most just have the stem going into the boot with a flat piece separating them. Yours seems to flow in and looks great...is that aftermarket and if so, where did you get it?

Can this (retainer and shifter ****) all be placed without taking apart the console or do you still need to take it all apart?

 

All you have to do is twist off the factory ****. The retainer slides right over the screw. Very easy installation. I'll post a better picture of mine as soon as I get a chance.
