If you plan to use a pro detailing shop, always try to go by referrals. Ask around. See what other car nuts like to use. If that's not available, ask the detailing shop themselves for testimonials of previous customers and of pictures of their prior work.

Personally, I would learn to do the work yourself. It's not that hard and more satisfying.
