What ISO/Aperture would you guys run on a rig to get a shot like that first one?

Maybe it's my monitor, but the pics don't look real to me?

Kinda looks like a video game capture...

i think we used btw f/5.0 to f/6.0. ISO was 100.. it was captured btw 15-20 seconds.
