Where is my Roof

Last summer a friend gave me a ride in his convertible 2011 Mustang GT/CS. I really like the open feeling of driving around with no roof. So since then I got the bug to maybe get a vert the next time around. While I would have liked to get a 2013 the prices are just too high for me right now. With the 12th having employee pricing right now I decided to look for a 12 Shelby Vert. I wanted to have the SVTPP, Recaro Seats and the Electronics Package. However there are not a lot of verts, or 12th for that matter, left close by. The only ones I could find with all those options where Black. After having a few black vehicles I really did not want a Black Car. So I found a 2012 Race Red Shelby Vert at Donway Ford, with only the Electronics package missing. Went to look at it today and low and behold it is in my possession as I type this. Biggest difference I can find between my 2010 and this 2012, other than the roof lol, is the new electronic steering. It response much quicker to input. The clutch also feels much lighter to press down.

Before anyone asks, here are the mandatory pictures.

R3troGT - Sweet car. How is visibility in a vert? I have never been in a convertible Mustang with the top up, but I have one on order. I am curious about the blind spots and how bad other vehicle's headlights are at night.

I did not find it any different driving home as far as visibility goes. I always get the windows tinted in my cars, and since this one does not have that yet I noticed that a lot. Have not driven at night yet so I will have to get back to you on that.
