Ridiculous dealer markups!

It is only $5k, they will probably accept MSRP. Actually, probably less with the '11 coming out.
Which, by the way, I would wait for. Any savings on the '10 will probably be instantly eradicated (and more) with depreciation and resale value when the '11's come out (given the new AL block).

Becuase of this I've been poking around on ebay and I've seen a number of used GT500s. I just can't understand how you can get 3000 miles that quickly.

I'm definetly waiting for the the AL block as the GT350 does nothing for me, but at these rates it's looking more like the 5.0.

The dealer is two years too late. They missed their chance and the boat.

I've given this quite a bit of thought, in this economy; it's selfish!
I would never buy from this dealer
I would never buy from this dealer

I had a bunch of dealers offering me sticker on the 2010 about 2 months ago, but only on cars they'd have to "trade" for from another dealer. This was the case as I wanted Sterling grey, but they wanted 5K over on the 500 on their floor! It was Grabber blue with the red stripes.. Are they serious? That is a color combo you have to love! Still there today.

We sold all of our 2010 GT500's below MSRP by a couple grand as we wanted them gone before the news of an aluminum block for the 2011 became official. Sold those 2010's very quickly.

Smart man. It's better to move a product and make something for it than gamble looking for the big score.

There are a lot of idiot dealers in the Chicago area. I see a lot of 2010 Mustangs still on local dealer lots. Thyey should have gotten rid of them already especially with the massive jump in performance from the 2011's.
