Recaro Seats for 2013 Shelby GT500 as OEM upgrade

Well, it's a long story but the car arrived with the standard seats. I asked them to reorder the car with the correct seats. I was told last week that they only had one GT500 allocated and I would not be able to get another car. I still have not received my $500 deposit back. I've started to look around for another dealer but have not found one yet. I am considering a call to Ford Customer Service.
