I'm curious to know the difference between the Premium GT vs Track pack GT. I know the track pack has brembos, a track key and Recaro seats. But is there anything else it has that the premium GT's don't?
TP also has Boss Oil cooler, larger Boss radiator and Boss rear axle (3.73 with Torsen limited slip diff and cooling fins on the diff cover) as opposed to clutch based dif on the GT. I think the TP cars also have the Boss oil pan with additional baffling for road racing (but I could be wrong here).
Recaros are an additional option and not part of the Track Pack.

The GT TrackPack , Boss 302 rear axle assembly also comes painted black from the factory. Slightly stiffer springs, shocks and struts. Takes 8.5 quarts, 5W50 oil , same as Boss 302, and is only available with manual trans.

The Track Key/TrackCal is an FRPP Package. That is not factory.
You can get Recaros on any 2013-2014 Mustang. They are simply an option, not Track Pack exclusive.
Actually there are two GT models, Base and Premium. The GT Trackpack is an option on both the base and premium versions. The premium gives you an upgraded interior with leather, lighting, power seat, strut tower brace, sync, 4,2 inch display between tach and speedo with track apps. Also get a couple of gauges (oil pressure & voltage).
The Track pack is an option that could be added to either car (base or premium) the Boss parts mentioned in the two posts above plus some 2012 GT500 suspension parts.
The Track Key is not part of the deal. You can only get the Track Key on 2014 GT models (Base or Premium) with manual transmissions built after July 1, 2013. The Track Key is a add-on provided by Ford Racing, that will run you $425 extra for purchase (There are less expensive options out there. I paid around $330) and about 1 1/2 hours of shop time to install.
Also Recaro Seats are also not part of the Track Pack. They are a separate option available on either base or premium. With base you get the cloth version and with Premium you can get the leather, but if you find Recaro seats they will be manual, no power or heat to those bad boys.
EDIT: I was a little slow typing this up. All three above have valid info...

I know i'm reviving an old thread but i bought my '14 in 2019 mine is a GT Premium it has the Brembo's, 19" wheels, no spare tire but includes a tire repair kit, 4.2"display with the track apps, oil cooler (took 9 liters of oil at oil change) not sure about the bigger rad,but has leather, i see alot of similarities between the gt premium and track pack version, mine is also automatic, but not sure if the rear was upgraded to match the rest, and it's a convertible, has the gt strut tower brace as well is there anything else i should look for as to similarities?
Car was just upgraded with an AirRaid XMP Race Cold air intake, sct x4 tuner with a tune for the CAI that is running a 93 Octane performance tune, hood struts, styling bar, sound tube delete kit, i had a Flowmaster Outlaw Cat-Back exhaust installed on it but it was a little obnoxious and my neighbors complained to my landlord every time i started it so i reverted back to the stock exhaust ($1400 exhaust system that lasted 300km or 186miles sitting in my garage)
