Much improved over the boring MY10 restyle of the GT/base model. Seems they put more work in to the exterior of this car over that of the GT/base. Significant technology upgrades inside combined with the fact that it comes in a convertible may make me hold off on that C6Z06 purchase...

Interestingly only the Kona Blue Pic's have the standard Headlights. In my Opinion the GT-500 looks better with the HID's, the standard lights look too big to me, the HID's look more like Snake Eyes.

Having looked at the finnished product and with a few friends who have seen it so far this is what i think.
I think we see a lot more front end shots because of the restyle and that it might look a bit close to the "Rage" mustang that got bashed so much so opinon is important for the "King of the Stangs". Personally I prefer the fog lights in the grill for true shelby fashion and the front end overall styleing works for me.
The interior is a vast improvement in style and looks! Before it used to look a bit dull, all buisness and no flash. Now with the aluminum trim inserts back in the dash and the rally stripe seats, round shifter ball with a better grade of material overall in the interior to me this is one of the best interiors for Ford Shelby that the design team could have done!!
The back end however still needs to be reworked. it doesn't have that " looks like it's moveing while sittting" look to it. The rear lights and center plate area should be sunk in a bit if anything to give that car a look of movement. the bumper with lower extention makes the butt end of the car look too big and a little unproportional with the look of the front end of the car. Everyone I showed this to as car guys were not to happy with the back end .
Overall this is a better stang than before and getting 2 extra miles per gallon with 45 more horse power is going to be great!! Thanks Ford for keeping a Shelby in the Stable hopefully it's going to be there for years to come!
