"427R Trak Paks go on sale later this summer and are expected to sticker around $58,245. With Roush building only 100 examples, we hope most—if not all—make it to the track. Pitted against Saleen’s Parnelli Jones Mustang, it could make for a great Trans-Am revival."

Wow... $58k...

Well my first impression is its not to my taste. That wing looks a little 'ricey' and the wheels don't do anthing for me.

If I was to spend $60,000 on a car it would be a GT500!!!

And whether they build 50 or 100 here's what may happen to those people that think 100 means 100... remember before reading this Ebay auction they were to make 100 Roadsters and the first 100 said (Ex: 25 of 100)!!!

Not digging the spoiler at all. It looks like it should be doing some drifting, not lapping...

As I said before, my '99 Cobra with a Vortech V-2 SQ and exhaust, I trapped 114 to 119 every time. I was rolling on 18" 2K Cobra R 295/35 ZR 18's on every launch, and never did better than 1.99 60'. I was always 12.4-12.85 1/4. The IRS was hard to launch on, what with the mega-wheel-hop and all.

Truly, when I finally make it to the track, if I don't trap at LEAST 114, it will TELL me that something is not right. The 1/4 mile time might not be where I want, but if I'm not hitting 114 in the quarter, then I'm not making the power I should be.

Ok, the Dennys drive shaft is in the car. No vibration whatsoever. Smooth as a babies butt!

Once you have driven a car with a single piece DS you will see just how clunky the two piece junker is...

Well, I'll let you drive mine once it's in and you'll see what I am talking about. Also, they spin up a lot quicker since it's less rotational mass:-)

I really just took my time with the install making sure first and foremost that the adaptor flange was properly seated and mated to the rear end. I also aligned the factory marks for the pinion flange and the transmission tail housing flange to the same spot before bolting in the DS.

I have heard good things about the spidershaft. I hope this one works for you. From what I understand the spidershaft dosen't use the adaptor flange like the Dennys unit. I think this is the area that causes the vibration if it dosen't mate properly to the factory pinion flange.
