I'm going to say on street tires......13.4 @ 105

I did not. I forgot that it was UFC weekend, and was pre-scheduled to go to a fight-watch party. I missed not going to the track (been, what, a month of freakin rain?!) But I always go to the fight parties, so all was good.
Thinking I'll try to make it to a Friday night TnT, so I can get the slips, and hopefully catch a weekend where it's cool, and not crowded (yeah right!) If that's not this coming Friday, then I'll likely try to do the Midnights this weekend. Also depends on the drinking schedule (party schedule) with the girl. I'll have to check for this coming weekend.
I'm going to have to do it soon, because as soon as I close, it's going to be a mad dash to get the place in order before moving in (and will have less than a month to remodel the interior.)

If I don't make at least 12.8, I'll be torqued beyond all belief. It's a simple matter of the launch in first, and if you can find the sweet spot, it should be no problem. Don't know how much longer my clutch is going to live, but I've found a pretty good/sweet launch point from street practice-launches :P

Right on! Well keep us informed. I am curious what she'll do.

He ran an 11.89. Not bad.

Oh, and the MPH better dang-well be better than 114, or I'll know something isn't right.

I hear that. The first 60 feet are always the most tricky. I was having trouble NA I can't imagine with a SC the frustration getting it to hook.

jeremy it better be more than 114mph... i mean I trap that with just a k&n and mufflers
#270
I don't have any mufflers, so I think that's going to drop my MPH by at least 5 :P
#271
Or you could just drain the oil in your engine and save weight... that should get you your MPH
#272
You trap 114 NA?! That's pretty nice man (not sure I buy that from the flyin cheeto - are you for real?!) If so, you must be FRYING the tires at the line, finally catch traction at like 6K RPM, and riding the gears through the traps or something. Are you really trapping 114?!

Jarrod ra 14.XX at 114mph.....

I just can't wait for oct-nov to get some good air. Right now it's like driving around in a sauna.

I started the race from the back wall I was a 60mph when I hit the water box
#276
Did it go exactly as I described? The ONLY way you can do that, is frying your meats off the line, grabbing traction while still very high in the RPM band, shifting just right, crappy ET, but really really high MPH (did it at least once on my blown '99 Cobra - trapped 119 once, and it did NOT have 119-type power in it.)

I wish someone in this group would trap at 114. That MPH would be good for like 11.6 or somthing like that.
#278
I could probably trap 125mph if I started from the pits..did a drift manouver to get to the quarter mile track and spun the tires to 9k
#279
No one has trapped 114 yet? You've got to be kidding me. 114 should be mandatory for 400+ HP. Traction problems should only ASSIST that MPH.
If I don't hit over 114 MPH, I'll be looking for a problem.

Well I will wager the farm that you will trap at 106-107.
