They are actually awesome amps. You can google them and find the website. I won several sound off's when I was in high school running 2 earthquake amps totaling 2000 watts. It was a ton of fun:-)

Ok, here's what I got and I need you guys help in figuring out how to hook it all up.

5 channel amp:
2 ohm: 4X240 + 1X500
4 ohm: 4X130 + 1X400

2 channel amp:
2X70 watts

Schoche subwoofer box with 12 inch sub

Which speakers do I hook up to which amp? I was thinking about using the 2 channel for the door subs. I was thinking the 5 channel for the 2 front doors, 2 rears and sub in trunk. Any idea if all of this will work? I know so little about this stuff and so far the posts here and at modularfords hav been somewhat cryptic and confusing for me.

I know Jarrod that you have one. That is why I decided to go with it. I am really having trouble visualizing how to hook this stuff up. Can I meet with you some night this week so you can help me figure it out?

Not sure I will be available this week... possibly this weekend though. One of my buddies just closed on a house and are moving in this week. I am the manual labor Hey David...what are you doing this Saturday?? Could I install my valve covers and trim the shaker while Jeff gets a look at the sub setup??

Also I believe you are going to be hooking yours up different than mine. I ran the power wire through a small hole next to the battery tray, through the nipple in the fenderwell, down the side of the car and under the back seat to the amp. I had to tap into my rear speakers to get a signal for sound, but since you have the outputs on your aftermarket stereo you can just run the cable the same as the power wire to the back of the headunit. Most of the splicing stuff I left to one of my friends that has done this before, I kinda set back and watch him do his thing. So I dont know how much help I would be as far as all the tapping goes. You have multiple amps, going to different speakers.

That's ok. I am having the shop that installed the HU install the amps on Friday morning. I have given myself an ulcer trying to figure this stuff out. They did a great job on the HU install and the cost is nominal to have them install everything.

What the heck are pre-amp outputs anyway? I can't find anything online that defines them.

Preamp output
A preamp output lets you pass the preamp signal to additional amps, and in many cases the internal crossover from the first amp can send a filtered signal, eliminating the need for additional crossovers.

This might help you with the lingo

You wuss! Figure it out and just do it yourself. You've barely turned a wrench on that car.
