Private Track Rental


Looking to test your car or do you have a new set up you need to try? You can rent TRP for testing! We can schedule you or up to 10 cars/bikes for a private test and tune session.

Rate is $800 for a four hour minimum for 1 to 10 vehicles. Each additional hour over the four hour track rental is $150 per hour. There will be an additional lighting charge for evening track rentals at $20 per hour. All vehicles must pass IHRA tech inspection. Single lane runs only. Balance to be paid in full the day of rental.

Here is what you get:
• Full prep of your choice of one lane all the way through the quarter mile. Track prep and use of second lane will be an additional $200.
• Compulink Timing System
• ET Printer placed on starting line for your convenience
• Track Crew Support (Starter and Tower Control)
• Ambulance

All Track Rentals must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. The more time you give us to get your day scheduled, the better.

That's cool. They changed it then. Dawn looked at doing this last year for my bday and it said 8 cars. Maybe they finally got smart and realized clubs can have big numbers for these events. Groovy...

 

i think we can get 10 cars together. even at 9 cars it is only 111 for 4 hours of 1\4 miles. i wonder why they limit the number of cars to only 10.

 

it is for insurance reasons that you can only have 10 cars at a time for a private rental. i am checking on some potential dates

any sunday in march we can reserve it. TNT's start at 1pm on sat's that month

 

While the board is looking at renting the drag track how about checking on Hallett,

It is expensive with weekend rental at $2785, Monday and Friday is $2205 and Tuesday thru Thursday at $1105 for 5 cars, extra cars are $100 each,

BUT !!!! If someone would approcah the other clubs that have reservations already we might be able to piggyback with them....like the S-2000 club, Miata club, Porsche club......or we could contack the OKC Mustang club or we could ???????

 

Is this the year that we get real club shirts that promote the club and not have the entire back of the shirts devoted to BHF ??????

For suggestions you might want to check with Green Country Mustang Club, local Miata club, local Porsche club, local corvette club, local Buick club, local S-2000 club and etc., on how there shirts are devoted mainly to the club and not sponsors.
