So any thoughts on the transmission situation. What do you think I should do? Return everything to stock? Leave the way it is?

Well the impression that I got was that Benji would be the tech doing the work. That being said I also got the impression that they would be looking for a reason to deny the claim.

Well I'd go back to stock then. PITA but it's cheaper than flipping the bill for a new tranny yourelf.

 

That's what I was thinking. It seems like a real PITA but if I can get the car fixed with no hassles then I guess it's worth it. So much for the Moss Magnussen warranty thingy. I guess the dealer can give you the run around for ever before giving you anything.

 

I find a copy of it on the net and take it with you.

 

I would take it back to stock. They have never given me hassle but I have also not had any warranty work done, just 2 TSBs. They know they have to prove your mods did it. I had a discussion with Randy about that one last week.

 

Well I guess it's settled then I will return it back to stock. What A PITA.

 

Sorry, they have always told me they are mod friendly. What did Benji say about your problem?

Found out today that I do have to have surgery. I am going to wait to do it until after the Shelby show though...bummer. That would then make 2 guys down and out for a while...
