My poor car, my poor little red car has totally lost its virginity,
First rained red Okla mud all over it,
Today I beat the hell out of it and it beat the hell out of me,
Whats next, a demolition derby ??
Just who is the activities person for the club, we need to talk.

Next time I will run with less than 3/4 tank of gas and adjust the tire pressure and open the hood to help cool it down....but most importantly, I got to get me some of those tires the others had

 

well gentlemen I finally aconplished my goal. With some helpful advise(from the local S197 lovers), I found my driver mod. I ran the best time yet shortly after you all left. I ran a 13.80 @ 103 MPH. I was so happy. I think gentlemen may have yourself's a new member. Where do I sign up?

I know the 13.80 ain't much but keep in mind I'm on stock tires and have minimal mods(no tune). That driver mod was pretty cheap. These 2 guys just happened to be giving them away. Greatly appreciate it guys. Oh, and I was serious about the New member. Had I had the money on me today it would have been a done deal. Thanks again guys I had a blast can't wait to go racon with you again.

I would post some but I don't have any. They are all still on Kurtis's camera and he is making me a disc this week. All in all the car turned out well. It is scary fast now; very torquey. I'll post as soon as I have the pics. We are changing the mufflers this week to change the sound.
