Just had the tune finally optimized for the heads and cams, as well as for the altitude. The results are in SAE. A DynoJet with the latest software read 6 HP and 3 Tq off from the SuperFlow.
From now on, I'll be doing all my tuning on the SuperFlow. I feel better knowing that it implies load to simulate road driving conditions. I'd hate to have zero detonation on the dyno then turn around and get det on the road. Wow, you GT guys have some sweet numbers. I'm pretty much at the limit of what my stock short block will do. I may try a small shot of nitrous to push me over 500 RWHP, just to see if it'll do it. Other than that, my focus is now the track.
I'm putting on double-adjustable UCAs, rear sway bar, anti-squat brackets, k-member brace w/engine torque limiters, double-adjustable aluminum panhard bar, T/A girdle, 7.5" axle brace, etc... I want to see what the stock 4.0L and stock 7.5" do before they explode. :) |
There should be a Dyno Queen chart like they have for the 1/4mile runs. :banana:

usually ranging around 260-265rwhp so it's about 10-15rwhp higher than a dynojet |
