Thats not a fuse, its a mini relay,
according to manual its for Accessory delay #1.
What problems are you having that makes you
think that is bad.

Ok that is a bit complicated but here we go:

I have no original US turn lights signals on the rear - power is dead- and front ones are blinking quick. I am in Europe so I have to have like Canada pattern - independent turn signal not connected with stop light on rear. I could not get over the lost power so I take the signal from the front ones to the rear. This way I got turn signals all around but they hyper flash. I have check all fuses and all are good so I was guessing that 'mini relay' is responsible maybe for the turn signals on the back and something is wrong with that. All turn signals are going to SJB.

If I will get back the power to original turn signal wires I would install there resistors to imitate bulbs to stop hyper flashing. But there is no power. All other fuses are good.

I am in Poland Europe so I can not go to Ford Dealer to fix it up – I have to fix it up my self. I can buy that – mini relay as probably it is not expensive piece – but again I can do that only in some web shop as I can not go to Ford dealer/service.

Anyway before buy would be nice to know what that mini relay control?

Do you know maybe some online Ford help phone where I could phone and ask them what it is for?

If one of the bulbs burns out the other lights fast as a warning , so it may not have anything to do with the relay. Try replacing the rear bulb that you say is out first ...

I said that original wires/bulbs are cut off and there is no power in them now - just disappeared.
Cut off because of changing pattern to European regulations.
I can not put bulb or resistor to imitate the bulb as there is no power. Something is wrong in SJB but all fuses are ok so I thing that this mini relay can be broke but not sure as I can not find any where what is it responsible for.

That relay should not cause the problem you have,
only keeps power on assc after key is off for short time.
In this forum do a search for "tail light wiring diagram"
it shows how they were originally wired, may have a
ground wire cut that should not have been.

Try the bulb first, then if that doesn't work pull the taillight buckets and check the wires for a short. I had accidentally shorted mine trying to install the sequential tail lights. I managed to wrap the wire around one of the screws that hold it in.
