tinted window scratching
I'm getting two scratches on the door windows ruining my tint. The dealer says there is nothing wrong but I hate to spend the $100 to get the two windows done again. What do you think?

This is nothing new. You will find a lot of posts regarding this issue. The 05 and 06 models scratched the heck out of the tint but since tint is not a factory option, they could care less. The 07+ finally has moleskin (well not 100% the same) on the weatherstriping to help prevent this. It won't prevent it 100% but is a huge improvement over the previous design. Looks like you have an 07 so there is a chance that maybe dirt got stuck inbetween the window and the weatherstrip and caused the scratches.

Thats not exactly true. I have an '07 that did not have felt in the window track. I replaced them with new ones from an '08. Less than a month after tinting my windows they developed scratches and I bought the moleskin stuff to put on the weather stripping. This worked for about a year and then the glue started to ooze out onto the glass. I cleaned this off and got the new weather stripping with the felt from the factory. This will only get worse unless you fix it. The new part numbers are Left side: 8R3Z-6321457-A & Right side: 8R3Z-6321456-A.

So you haven't had problems with the 08 felt and tint?

Nope not at all..
You dont have to remove the door panel completely. You just need to be able to pull the top of the door panel up and inward so that you can gain access to the stripping.
You can check out TacoBill's writeup on this for further info:

I only disagree with him on one point. He only removed about 3 screws. I did it that way the first time. While its possible to do it that way, I found it much easier if I removed all of them around the outside of the panel and the one additional one behind the latch handle. It requires more time removing and replacing screws but i think thats pale in comparison to having to fight it out of there after only removing 3.
