Rpms issue

I have an issue with my stang & I wanted to see if u can help out... For the last couple of months my car would rev up to about 4500 rpms by itself some other times it would dropped to about 500 rpms. I took the car to the dealer to get it check out, & said couldn't find anything some people said is the transmission others said it was the throttle body...any idea what the problem is??

Try cleaning your TB first , here's a link to the Brenspeed video on how to do it ...
