One touch window problem

I just noticed on my passenger window that the one touch UP does not work. I also just noticed that the window drop feature works when opening the door but the drop does not return when you close the door. I will take it in for warranty fix but would like to troubleshoot before hand. Has anyone had the same problem? Any ideas?

OK, RTFM or STFF whichever you like. I finally found a thread in which someone else had the problem and OKCstang suggested the roll it down and then up holding for 6 seconds once up. It fixed it.

That resets the window. It details this procedure in the owners manual, and describes why it happens, and how to fix it. The owners manual is a wealth of information, and I recommend EVERYONE reads it front to back.

thanks, guys! I was having the same issue. In my "worst-case-scenario" brain, I was thinking it might be some electrical problem.
