Radio not shutting off when opening door...
I'm having issues with my radio in my Mustang...It just started to happen, I shut the car down and pull the key out and radio is still on like its supposed to, but when you open the door, the radio is supposed to shut off..and its not. I've also noticed that if you try to lock the doors with the drivers door open, the power locks unlock themselves...
Sounds like the car still thinks the key is in the ignition. Might be a bad sensor in the key tumbler. It won't let you lock the doors if it knows the keys are still in the ignition as a safeguard against locking they keys in the car.
I think there's a problem with the ingition switch. My car still dings some times after I take the key out and open the door. Like the lights are still on or the key is still in the ignition. If I put the key back in and then remove it the dinger will stop
I would strongly advise against that.
Many years ago, I was the lock guy at a hardware store, and you wouldn't believe the number of locks I've seen F'up because of wd-40. The problem is, once you spray it in there, dust and filings stick to it, and build up in the lock, eventually ruining it.

Go to an automotive or electronics supply store and specifically ask for "electrical contact cleaner" spray. It cleans and then evaporates, leaving no residue of any kind behind.
I had a similar problem , but found that it was the actuator in the drivers door, so what I did was spray ou the key hole with a can of dry-air and twisted the key a few time and it was good again, I was told it may have been the position it was in or moisture in there being a condutor. It never happened again !
PS they do have proper lock stuff that help and not goo it all up.
