Heater issue 2012 V6

I just recently noticed that in the mornings my windows would fog up. Living in GA I rarely use the heater other that to get the moisture off the windows. The A/C works fine but if I turn off the A/C the air temp is the same temp or room temp from blue (cold) red hot. Any ideas?

I do have an extended warranty but there is a $100 deductible.

Could be temperature blend door actuator has failed or door shaft is broken.

You can also check Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse F4-30amp.
Smart Junction Box (SJB) fuse F45-5amp and F15-10amp for power.
