Window regulator/motor

Ok, this is not mustang related. but it is pretty enlightening. The window on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee got stuck in the down position, we took it to Landers McClarty and they diagnosed it as a bad regulator. They wanted to charge us 500 big ones for the part. I asked if that was an estimate of labor, they said no that was the price installed. There would be extra for labor. I went to my work and purchased the same product for only 150 dollars. Can anyone say HUGE RIP OFF....
