The guys down in Baileyton hooked me up with a 1990 GT 8.8. He is a pic of how she looks today. I plan to clean her up in the next week and hope to have it in the 85 with in the next 30 days or so.

I turned the axle and counted almost 4 complete turns of the dif shaft. I hope this means it already has 3.73 gears. Someone please comfirm this!

It should be 3.73 gears. The next step up is 4.10 gears.

Should be a bolt-in.

 

Cleaned up and painted with what I had in the garage.. Rustoleum Hammered and Med gray engine enamel.

What do they get for a 8.8?

 

They charged me $250 for everything drum to drum. They loaded it into my truck with a forklift at no extra charge.
