How many of you have done this? what %'s?

Do you think tinting ruins the bullitt effect or adds to its flavour?

Same with louvers, yea or nay?

35% on the sides and 15% on the back...

Since I didn't want to give local PD any more excuses to go after me I stayed within the limitation of Arid-zona law.

20% on the rear and rear side windows, and 30% on the door windows. if i did it again, i would have done 20% all around. 30% is the legal limit i believe in tn, and as long as you are not a trouble maker with the folks behind the badge, they really do not care. the tinting really helps keep the car cool in the hot muggy summers here. it looks great too. great mod.

 

Absolutely, specially when the tinting starts turning purple. In addition, it makes law enforment that much more curious.

 

50% on door windows & back window. 95% tint on the rear quartern windows

 

Has it ruined the effect of any other 05+ mustang? I don't think so.

This is the first car I've tinted. I had on 05GT and never really considered tinting it- in hindsight it would've looked great.
When I first laid eyes on my Bullitt and just knew that tinting would add to the looks of the car, and it has.

I have tint on mine, i don't remember what % but i went as dark as i possibly could without going illegal, i get enough cop attention as is with my supercharger. The tint makes it look much better i think personally.
