Thanks Mike. I am going to cruise over there tomorrow morning and take a look since no salesman will be there. I hope they left it outside (they always seem to leave out the Shelby's, Roush's, etc).

I got an e-mail from my dealer (Thommie Vaughn) who said my car is built and sitting on the ramp awaiting a railcar.

As you are looking at the front of the showroom building, it would be in the parking lot off to your left. Just walk back to the metal building. Note the metal building in the photo with the "reserved" sign. Hopefully they haven't moved it.

Those SlimeDawgs moved it to the fenced off back lot next to an F250, so I could only see about a foot of the back of the car. I'll go back this week and get a close up.

 

Lol! They are probably just trying to protect it from vandalism. Never know if someone is going to try and steal that Bullitt badge off of the rear end. I know they had just received it on Friday. Whe I saw it on Saturday they had just finished prepping it and cleaning it down.

Was the F250 one of those Harley-Davidson editions?

I got a chance to look at this car today. It looks very good in black and I realy like how there is no badging on the car except on the back trunklid. The turned dash looks ALOT better in person and I realy liked the feel and look of the shifter also. Overall I think the people who end up with a Bullitt will be very happy, it realy is a great looking car.

I think I saw your car yesterday on HWY 3. If so, it sounded great. Do you have an aftermarket exhaust (which one).

 

That couldve been me, I cross hwy 3 everyday on my way home from work. The exhaust is Roush, its the only perforomance mod so far but I have more stuff ordered. Do you have anything done your car? I would realy like to see what other people have done, this is my first Mustang so I have alot to learn about these cars.

I see your waiting on a Bullitt so I guess you dont have anything done to your car just yet. A very good friend of mine has a Bullitt ordered from McRee, I think his is scheduled to be built next week.

You are right, Bullitts on order, should be here in the next two or three weeks. As for mods, I want to put the FRPP Superpack 3 on, if it fits. When the car comes in, I'll post and we can meet up. I usually go to Kemah (Target) on Saturday nights for the car show.

 

Sounds like a plan. I havnt been out to the Target in Kemah in a long time, works been keeping me too busy. Im hoping this saturday will be nice so I can make a trip out there.
