Well 4 years and 4 months after first showing up on TMS, and 3.5 years after the first TMS member got the first S197, I finally ordered mine.

Here's what I ordered (see attachment). I had initially planned to get the polished 18" bullitt wheels and Nav system, but cancelled that today. That decision frees up ~$3K for aftermarket mods. Besides, I'm planning to get aftermarket wheels anyway.

No real surprises for those who know me on here. A Silver Metallic GT coupe with the obligatory 13D spoiler delete option.

I did decide to splurge on a few things that I originally wasn't going to get:
Premium Trim Package, HID Headlamps, and ambient lighting. I figured after waiting this long, I deserved a few "nice to have" goodies.

So far my experience with Kimnach Ford in Norfolk has been a pleasant experience. Orsen Vangay (my saleman), Tim, and Robert (sales managers) have been great to work with.

I ordered the Premium Trim package with the black/dove color accents They had an example on the lot with the woven charcoal applique and that sold me on this combo.
