Seems to me if one refers to one's Mustang as "she", that means it is not a stallion, or a pony, but a mare or a filly.

Nice filly. And the 04 mare is out to pasture. All as it should be.

Those chrome rims look sooo good on your car. I have always hated the polished aluminum crap that our cars came with. It killed me when I saw regular GTs that had the optional chrome 18" bullets. Your car looks really sweet!

Thanks Den! I haven't been a fan of polished aluminum wheels since I bought my '01 Cobra. When we bought this car, I told my girlfriend we HAD to get the chrome version of the Bullitts asap. A little over a year after we bought the car, I found this set on eBay. Slightly used, we got them for a steal: $400 + shipping!

Before she saw them mounted on the car and cleaned up real nice, she didn't believe me when I told her how much of a difference it would make. It took her about 2 seconds after seeing them on the car to change her mind. Lol.

Good stuff, all of these red ones. I'm particularly interested in Terry's quarter-window treatment.

 

Those are Saleen window treatments, they are stupid expensive for what they are. I like them because they tie in the shaker scoop and the rear panel on the trunk. I kept watching e-bay for a long time on those window treatments, there are some on there for $194 but I ended up getting mine for around $90.

Lakewood 39100. Got it on Amazon for $39 shipped Obviously they made a mistake and quickly corrected the price to a still cheap $97. Its is made for engines with the plenums.
