OK, I know this is not the most interesting post, but when I used the computer on my 2005 GT it would beep when you changed the dash colars and when you would change the display information. On my 2008 GT/CS is does not beep at all. Did Ford get rid of the beeping for 2008 or is there an other thing wrong with my car??

 

In my 05, sometimes it beeps, and sometimes it doesn't. Because I had the IUP installed after the fact, it is not covered under warranty anymore so I never did get it looked at. I'd like to know about this too.

I don't remember mine beeping when I change things on the dash. Mine's an '06.

 

I'm pretty sure that I remember reading on this forum that the 06-up mustangs didn't beep when you went through the info screens.

 

My 07 has never beeped.

 

I guess there are really alot of differences between the 05's and the later ones. I noticed that when my traction control on the 05 was working that the screen would say trac control active, and now there is a new little light on the dash that flashes. I do know one thing, the ambient lighting is really cool. I'm glad I got it.
