GT/CS Dealer Update
I was so upset after the dealer blew me off for the umpteen time on the front end clunk that I went to the Chevy dealer to trade it in on a Corvette. Test drove an 08 coupe and I have to admit that they look great on the outside, but wasn't impressed with the interior. Drove great too, but at the end of the day I was still in love with the looks of the GT/CS. The Corvette also didn't have the feel or the growl that the GTs have. Don't get me wrong, the new vets are sick, but it just didn't grab me. I'll admit that I probably won't buy another Ford product because the way I've been treated and the fact that I'll have to deal with an anoying front end clunk for the rest of CS' ownership.

A Very Easy TSB Fix!!
No you don't have to put up with that front end clunking noise! As stated many times here on this forum. Just print out the TSB 07-18-2 bulletin and find a good Ford dealership, that will do this warranty repair for free!! We got our CalStang's front end fixed last fall and he's now smooth and quite!! When you have this done, you will fall in love with your '07 GT California Special Mustang all over again!! "Just Get er Done"!! "RC"

Tell the dealer to provide proof to you that the TSB was already done, then call Ford Customer Service if they can't provide that proof. Even if they can provide the proof, you still have the issue, so it should be replaced again anyway........

As said above - take it to another dealer. Then another, and another, etc. until it is fixed. I work at a Ford dealership and our state's Lemon Law likely wouldn't cover a front end noise, as only safety or significant driveability problems are covered. Not sure how Florida's Lemon Law works, but it's worth checking into.
