Lights, batteries, come on, you guys both own an 06 and you don't run all your lights and dead battery? I never let anyone infulence what I do to my car even when I put a blower on my 78 Mach one and then pulled the engine in favor of a 460 w/ 494 crank and bored to give over 525 cubic inches.
Although your opinions are valuable they are, in the end, there your opinions and its my car (or will be).
Ive always found with my cars, there are two opinions you like it or you don't like it, There's never an in-between.
You should see the looks I used to get with my PINTO. that is until I lifted the wheels, then all you seen were jaw drops.

If you want the lights in the grill, I think I'd wait for an aftermarket solution that included a new front bumper to get rid of the lower foglights.
But, yes, you're right, you should defintely do what makes you happy egardless of other's opinions.

From the Ford Media Site: "Indeed, stripes don’t make the car go faster, but they play a big role in the car’s identity. In coupe form, the car wears the full regalia of stripes Carroll Shelby bestowed upon the original GT500 coupe: a Le Mans stripe that runs over the hood, roof and rear deck and side stripes bearing the legend "GT500" nomenclature. As did the original GT500 convertible, the modern version carries the side stripes but foregoes the Le Mans stripe. The Le Mans stripe, the side stripes or both may be deleted from the Coupe. The side stripes are also a delete option on the Convertible."

You know, I'm not normally one to go grammar sniping, but really!
"Hasta, your Comprehension is in question. "
??!!??
Way to randomly capitalize an equally random word WHILE challenging someone else's grasp of the language...sweet move.

I didn't actually race in the 60s. I didn't get the car until 69 and then I was building it, But in the 70s you could find me defending the Mustang and Ford at the race track most every weekend, The 60s I was in the Army, Recon with the 4th Inf divison in Vietnam defending the freedom way of life.

Ohh! The Exploding Sensation from Ford. You got suckered into one of those too? I had two of them, a 4-spd which was dark blue and one with a A/T which was some type of mustard yellow. We can count our lucky charms.

uhh dude, knight said RICER not RACER
theres a bit of a difference
i for one wont fret over it too much, its your car and u can do what you want to it, but i agree with george that something like an SE shouldnt be tampered with, at least not like that. if u want the fogs and whatnot, why not just buy a GT and slap all the mods u can with the price difference?? makes more sense than ruining a limited run car.
and no offense, but that mach one looks like it was molested by mopar man himself....
oh and whats that last post really got to do with anything? its kinda off topic

My Pinto was a little different from the average pony.
I gutted the interior except of a seat, I then pulled the 4 banger and threw it in the scrap pile. I got a 351 W and auto trans out of a 70 mustang (really) stood on the Cowl and with a 20lb hammer I moved the firewall back about 4 inches. I ported the heads on the 351, a Erson cam and a set of headmans I then added the most extrime item. a 300 hp nitrous kit, The kit was for a dual 4 set up but me being me I got a dual 4 to single 4 setup ( I still have that)and used 2 390 holleys. N-50 micky Thomsons on the back helped traction but were no match for the BUTTON when I hit it. So. I drove around on the street with some 10 in M&H slicks on the car, When I hit the button I would lift the front tires about 1 foot in the air. I don't know how many of your readers have done a wheel stand but the feeling is undiscribable. One day I noticed a rip in the sheet metal above the door , I was tareing the car like a beer can, Frame conectors were next

If he ment something about a Japanese car then I am no ricer, I would NEVER own a Japanese car. If it was slang for something else then maybe he should just say what he wants to say, You guys are way to young to know anything about what the Japanese did to Americans. And If Ricer is not off subject than Mothers worry isn't either.
