No spare tire for the GT500.... we get a "tire inflation kit." I wonder what that means...12V air compressor? I already have one of those.

Better than that. It is a can of fix-a-flat.

Well, at least we now know Shelby earned his consulting fees.
That's a very ingenious and original contribution.

I wish shelby really had more influence on this car,as it would look alot cooler looking.I'm just wondering if there is going to be any carbon fiber body pieces made available through the aftermarket,to take the weight of vehicle down?!

How come I keep seeing "available fall 2006"? with Job 1 Date "June 2006". Does Job 1 refer to the day they all show up in showrooms, or is this the day they start producing??
Anyone???

Job 1 is first day of manufacturing. IIRC it takes a few days to get down the line. They will likely build and hold the first month or so. They did that with the regular '05s to ensure that there was no manufacturing blunder. They then have to be shipped and that takes awhile. I wouldn't expect to see cars show up until mid-late July at the earliest.

Certainly are a lot more intresting changes and additions for this model year than for 2006. What ever happened to the Blue ICAP idea?? I expected that that was going to happen for '06, but it didnt...

Can someone post the 2007 Mustang order guide again? Apparently with the forum software switch, the one that was posted in this thread was lost and there's a slight chance I might be looking into ordering a GT for 2007.
*****Nevermind. I found it somewhere else. Thanks anywho.*****
