Sorry, I'm a dog friendly person but that dude would have gotten some bumper. Hope it gets sorted out soon. Glad you made it out with less injuries than could have happened.

Only avoid the animal if you can foresee the future and you and anyone else not being hurt once the dust has settled....

I do think you missed denting the roof....lots of sheet metal bent up there. Glad you are ok.

Based on my rear end accident causing 7K in damage and that not involving the front, the doors, or anywhere near as much damage as yours, I'll be shocked if there's not unibody damage and they total it.

I'm with the other guys - I'd like to save a dog too, but not enough to kill myself doing it. Glad you're alright!

Same here I had three choices! Run my Explorer up a bank and flip it, hit a horse and buggy head on or run the dog over! I chose the dog, funny thing is I center punched him and he survived by going underneath my truck. SOB shouldn't have been chasing the horse to start with! Never saw him do it again!
