What are your goto not-horribly-expensive exhausts?

I like the larger diameter of the tips. They fill the hole below the bumper for them better. But I do like a rolled tip as well.

That said, I would love to have the Corsas. But for now I'm very happy with my Roush axle backs.

So far I'm happy with the GT500 exhaust without the resonators deleted. If I could find a pair of GT500 over the axle pipes, I would probably do the delete. I don't want to cut up my factory exhaust or spend over $300 for the Borla OTA pipes.
My factory GT mufflers have the drain holes in them.

I think I'm gonna order them (the GT500's) soon but am waiting to see how the coming weekend might play out with American Muscles's awesome sales. I want to do the resonator deletes and wanted to ask did y'all just go to a local shop and get them done or what?

Well, went with the Borla S axle backs and love the sound they produce, awesome tips too.... not too cheap, and I did not find them too expansive, $800 CDN tax in and installed, couldn't be happier!!!!!

I too have the Borla S axlebacks. While they do cost a pretty penny, I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. They sound so good. I smile every time I drive the car because it sounds so mean. Definitely worth the money

Price and sound, you just can't beat Mac. Also stainless mufflers are just for suckers. They don't last any longer than welded aluminum and don't sound as good.

The only good answer to this question is the GT-500's. Other than that, cheap exhausts are all going to drone, and drone sucks. Save up for Borlas or Corsas, or go with GT-500's.

Haha agreed, 700 is a bit much for axle backs in my budget. I'm sure they're worth every penny but I don't have that many pennies

I went through the midnight auto service at my local dealer. Tech did the job for 40 bucks. I'm at the age that I wouldn't lay on the ground for 40 bucks.

BTW, since I had the GT500's installed I find myself leaving the radio off so I can listen to much sweeter music.

I love my GT500's. Enough of a deep/throaty exhaust without being over the top. It is exactly what I was looking for and wouldn't have it any other way even if I could design my own axle-backs.
