Took the green machine for a little cruise right after supper.
What a blast. That's my escape. Other people garden or collect stamps, mine is firing up the beast and going for a ride.

Finally got to drive it after about 3 weeks. With my kids home all day during the summer it is blocked in in the garage. I don't go out much, usually only to grocery shop. lately one my girls shops with me and it is easier to take one of their cars than to play the car rearrange game.

I go through the same thing. I call it the driveway ballet. There's been plenty of times I wanted to go on a cruise and said forgetaboutit because of the hassle. I hope to rectify the problem when we buy our next house.

Yep. At my last place, I had to do that too... Such a hassle. Luckily, I just moved into a new house and now the Mustang gets its own bay, so it's MUCH easier to take it for a drive when I want to... Although, the weather has been less than cooperative this year, so....

Ordered the MBRP Dual Axle-Back from http://4wheelonline.com/MBRP_Exhausts.97283. My buddy has one and it is really loud yet not raspy so I decided to get this exhaust.

Drove it.
First time driving it since putting new NGK 6510 spark plugs in it a few days ago.
Was surprised to be able to tell a difference right away.
Engine was running smoother, and was even smoother at take-off from a stop.
Happy.

I just installed my Anchor Room tinted taillight insert tints. This is the cheapest and easiest mod you can make. They fit perfect and look great! Thanks to TripleBlack14 for posting about these!

Adding GT500 cooling shields for the front brakes. Driver side went without a hitch, took maybe 15-20 minutes. Passenger side I can't get the freaking rotor off. I've never had this big of an issue taking it off. It doesn't help that the rotor is good and I don't want to damage it, but ****. I've had an easier time with cars that have 200k on the clock and caked with rust.
