D*ckhead, the customer is not always right. CSR's don't get paid enough to get b*tched out by crazy customers. I immediately told my manager and told him he was being extremely rude and not "helping me help him." Manager said "okay, no worries."
Lol .... I've had those. Aggravating to no end. Let me speak mother focker .. I've hung up on people like that.
If I can't talk with you, I won't talk with you.
Good luck.

I've had jobs in the past that were service related. There are some customers that you will never make happy. There are some people out there that are just miserable and unhappy and just spread their misery wherever they go.

Fortunately for me, my customer is the weather squadron at Keesler AFB. Great group of people that are always nice. We do our best to give them what they need to safely fly into the hurricane and back.

Yes, those types of folks/customers are great to work with. I've dealt with different branches of the military, and they're great. Some private big name contractors though, ugh.... such a struggle. They're always the "boss" and whatever they say goes. But the part that bothers me a lot, is my organization gets riddled with oodles and oodles of scope creep. That's a firm-fixed price project's worst enemy.

I love working with the military...once they get to know me and realize I hate political correctness, we get along great.

Got some new spark plugs for it.
NGK 6510's
What most boosted Coyote guys run, apparently.
Still have to install them, but at least they're in my possession, gapped to .028-.029, ready for install.

New Faux Gas Cap-What to do?

So ever since I got my GT I wanted a tri-bar pony gas cap. I know but to me a Mustang needs a tri-bar pony somewhere on the car.

Anyway I got a take-off on EBay and I need to decide on what to do to it. I dislike faux shiny plastic so I need to decide on how to paint this thing.

Here are my three choices done up with a quick plasti-dip.

After I decide I'll shoot with a satin clear.

Personally I would go for the last option and let the entire tri bar pop off of the black.

This ones tough... I like both 2 and 3, they make the pony pop. I say option 2.

So far that's where I've been leaning.

It's a rainy crappy day here in the Boston area and I need to do something mustang today. My project is the gas cap.

Option 3.

I was the same (I don't care for the chrome bits either), so I did my chrome trim ring in a grey plastidip (it's still different, just not shiny different now)... Love how it turned out!

Nice garages you got there. Nice driveway too, not to mention shrubbery...
OH and a nice Mustang btw

seriously though you have one of my all time favorite mustangs. I really liked the front end on those, and of course the kona blue.

Do you have any more plans for Marilyn??

Hah! Thanks Darren. Kona and DIB are distant cousins

The shrubbery is all the wife's work. All I do is mow lol.

As for the Marilyn, I think I'd maybe do 13 tails, cervini hood, and maybe larger rear brakes. But that's about it.

I just completed my 4th oil change at 24,328 miles. Mobil 1 5w50 and a motorcraft filter. Also checked my trans fluid and rear diff fluid. All checked out ok. I don't know about y'all, but it sure feels good to have fresh oil!

If you were looking for something with Tri-bars. I'd say option three is likely the candidate. Having the MCA package, it is nice having that badge on the car.
