Never measured them, but they're pretty big. Both triceps and biceps. Don't lift as heavy as I used to in my "heyday" with my brother and friend. We were beasts in the gym.
Still a beast, but I've concentrated more on form than weight pushing. Both are important though.

I was pretty happy with deadlifting 335 lbs a few days ago and 155lbs thruster today.
Started crossfit about 9 months ago, started going twice a week about 6 months ago, went from about 270 lbs to about 255 and much more muscle.
I can even do more than 5 burpies these days without getting dizzy

My max back in the day was 235 for 3 reps. I weighed a little under 190 at that time.
My brother, friend and I used to bench 90lb. dumbbells. We were going for 100's, but never got there. Incline bench we used 70lb. dumbbells. Military press with 70lb. dumbbells. And I actually curled 135lbs. once. Only once and the form was poor, but I did it. That was when I was a little under 190 as well and in my prime. All was in good form as well, except for the 135 barbell curl. lol That was brutal. Never did that one again.
I'm not so much into lifting stupid weight any more as I am into lifting heavy weight and good form combined. That's where you really grow and get strong.
I like using dumbbells as much as I can as I feel they me stronger than the barbell work. We used dumbbells more than barbells back in the day as well.

Cleaned them up, reset the tire pressures, loaded a final version of the current tune, set the correct rear axle ratio and tire size, and DROVE it to school last night.
Still have to reinstall the Steeda Sport rear springs to bring that rear-end back down where it belongs, but I was quickly reminded how much I still LOVE the way these 18's look on there ... and yes, the Niche Milans are officially for sale, scraped up right front wheel and all ...

Very nice Gabe. Always loved those wheels, especially on a gray car! Had thought about getting a set for mine, but decided against it. Love that look!

Thanks dude, I'm loving the look, and because of the better-fitting rear tires I was able to lower the back almost 1", now the car sits much nicer all-around.

I'm pretty sure that I am going to have to re address my wheelhop issue. I took my car up to MA for my cousins wedding and launched the car while sitting on 95 and got nothing but wheel hop and a smoke show out back lol.

BMR LCA's .... Worked when I was stock. Now, not so much. I'm fairly confident I will be grabbing the Cortex Torque Arm over the winter or I may just go grab a BMR UCA.

No relo brackets?

LCAs can only do so much to help with that hop.
It was completely gone for me after putting the relo brackets in

Nope stock springs so I don't think it would be beneficial for me to grab them just yet. I mean I have them, but I'm not going to use them until I need to.

What do relo brackets have to do with springs?

I installed mine well before getting lowered.
It needed to be done, the axle hop was horrible.
They fixed the hop

I guess I was lucky, because I had horrible hop on my stock brembo brake package GT and after installing the cheap SR Springs, it was about 90% eliminated. If it's really cold outside I sometimes get it, and I also get some axle shifting/hop when I'm heavy on the throttle and hit a large bump in the road

I found myself in someone else' track video. BIIIIG slides, lol. My best 'catch' of the season is captured by an on-board camera of a fully race prepped Porsche 928. Start watching at 8:15.
