Well It Happened.
Hard to believe as it is, I picked my car up on Friday. It was a real mess. On the 6-29-11 my CRC rep calls & tells me my car is on Quality Hold & won't be here by the 4th of July. A FCS rep posts on 6-30-11 that my car is part of a stop ship order. That evening my salesman calls to tell me my car was in. So Friday 7-1-11, I go to the dealership with some concerns, as to what issues Ford was looking for & what was done to remedy those issues. The sales manager tells me that Ford reps have been lying to me to keep me off the dealership's back. Talk about being frustrated, at least the car looked good.
