Want 10 inch/275 wheels for rear tires!!

I have the 2013 GT/Premium where I ordered the optional 19 x 8.5 inch wheels (premium luster nickle painted wheels) and the only wheel option you can order with the premium GT unless you change your package order, ex. CS package. Now I wish I could keep the same wheels, but change the rears to 10 inches and have the staggered setup.
Would anyone know who or how to find the manufacturer/supplier of these optional Ford factory wheels. Maybe I can custom order 10 inches through them and keep my car look the way it is, but just add 10 inch 275's to the rear.
I have looked and searched all over the web and the Ford parts guy looked at me like I was on crack or something and had no answers.
Appreciate any advice as to where I can search or find.
Take care and congrats and good luck to all with their Stangs.

Unless there is somebody doing an aftermarket knock-off of the factory wheel, your going to have to get them widened (with the extra width going to the rear of the rim).

Ford's OE supplier more than likely cannot do custom offsets due to the expense involved.

Hey Guys and Girls, Thanks a lot for the quick replys and advice. I guess I will just go with a complete set of new wheels then. Maybe I will keep the 8.5/19 inch wheels with Perelli 245/45 ZR all seasons I have now for the fall and winter and buy a new set of wheels and summer tires for the other 6 - 7 months. Ideally, I am looking for maybe - 9inch/255 in the fronts and the 10 inch/275 for the rears. I would get the Ford Racing - brembos too then at the same time. I did see the Ford Racing Boss wheels in that size, but they are cast wheels. I think I should go forged. Thanks again for you input. It seems like a real nightmare with the TPMS valves and offset and what ever else. A bag of worms.

Hey does anyone have any idea if my Ford 0EM 19" optional premium painted luster nickle aluminum wheels are cast or forged. I looked absolutely everywhere. NO clue!! I would be great to at least know wha the heck wheels I have. Take care All !!! Thanks again!!!!

Should be cast, still easy to widen though if your looking to go down that path. If so just find a good company to do the mod since you'll want the wheel to remain as concentric as possible.

If you decide to get the factory wheel widened, post your results and costs. That's what's keeping me from getting wider tires. The wife picked out the 19" premium nickel rims and doesn't like other options that will hold a bigger tire. If I could pick up a couple used ones and get them widened, it would solve the problem.

American Muscle sells 19x10 replica versions of those...and they're a pretty good match to factory!

Go at least 285s on a 10" wide wheel.

A 285/35/19 would fit perfect. You may need to run a spacer to move the wheel outward a tad.

You're are probably right with the 285's. I have a lot of researh to do. I am going to go to my tire installer who has been installing all my tires on my BMW 330Ci for many years. I just want to make sure I know exactly what I want first so I will not be sorry later and wish I had got something else. Like I said, those 285 are what, only about a half inch wider. I think that would be the ticket. Would the wider rear tire effect the road handing for the better or worse.

Ciao, and thanks for the tips!

The issue is also how the car is going to be setup. In OEM form, the car is setup with a square setup (equal widths on all 4 corners), now you are going to go with a staggered setup and the car from the factory is not going to be setup for this. I would also recommend that you increase the front width a tad as well, you can go with a 255/40/19 on the front (although I would rather have a 9" width for this), but it would still work fine.

My M3 with a 255/35/19 front and a 285/30/19 rear, but from the factory the car was setup with a staggered setup. You may get more push (under-steer)
at the limit.

You get the idea on somehow this would work...sorry for the M3 shot in a Mustang forum.
