While I didn't order a 2011 Mustang I too am waiting for a new and special Ford from Michigan. It's been brutal.
Ordered January 5, 2010.
Built April 26, 2010.
Scheduled arrival week of May 10, 2010.
Any day now.

Ho hum... I wish I could at least find out what week they plan on building mine. Guess I'll just keep looking for a window sticker. I didn't order anything special. Pretty plain Jane really. Must be the Stone interior. That's the only thing that is at all uncommon about my order. Only options were comfort package and spoiler delete on a GT premium couple.

I'll start a thread in other Fords and post up some mud pics when the truck gets here, and it rains again. Unfortunately no desert around here to speak of. Just wide open cow pastures.

I've got two black cars already, it was hard to resist the black. Nothing like a big, bad, black truck. But I liked the orange. Looks like the old red orange crayons we had as a kid, except it has the pearl coat finsh to it.

It's like the whole male world measures displacement and horsepower like its their **** or something.
Some of the 6.2L guys are having badges made, because Ford didn't put a 6.2L badge on the truck like it did on the show trucks. They want to be able to distinguish themselves from the others. It's a little pathetic.

My guess is it's the spoiler delete.

My car was "in transit" for over two weeks while sitting in a rail car on that very lot. It may actually still be sitting there today even though it was built on 4/15! Don't be surprised if they load it into a rail car and it sits for a while.
