Okay. I finally got internet in my room now. So I will be able to entertain questions and such from everyone about my trip. I'm sorry it took so long. There are a LOT of things to get done when reintegrating back into civilian/military life from Iraq. Plus, everyone and their brother wanted internet the same time, so there was quite a long wait time.

Rather than go through and type for three days about what all I did and how it all went down, why don't you guys ask me all the questions you want to know. That way, there is not as much unnecessary reading for stuff you don't care about. What I can tell you, is that there are some things that I can not talk about that may or may not have been divulged accidentally or purposely.

So, ask away. And yes, for the record, IT WAS AWESOME! By far the one of the best days of my life. Soon to be trumped upon the pending build and arrival of my all new 2010!!!

Kory,

Whom at Ford/SVT did you speak with or want to speak with most?

How did the car feel when you sat in it?

What did your command say about your bieng there and your conduct- they always said don't show your A** (eg. don't act stupid or say stupid things).

Did you get a chance to talk to the Mustang racing icons there?

Kory,
Congratulations, and thank you for your service to our country

Did you talk about the "mutton chops" on the lower GT grill? Does it look like the would be easy to remove, or are they connected in one piece to the other black plastic trim?

I spoke primarily with Doug Gaffka and Paul Randle. They are really nice people. I also got to speak to every one of the Mustang Legends EXCEPT Shelby. He was in and out in a hurry. He was like 90 minutes late and left in no time after the event was over.

As for the feel of the seats, I LIKE them! They look so much more refined with the newer leather and contrast stitching. Same with the soft touch dash. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I touched it for the first time. It's really jelly like. Not quite what I thought of when I heard soft touch. You can move the edges of the dash around a little like a hard stress ball.

Thanks to my command I was able to attend, as you are all well aware. They didn't really tell me anything specific about my actions, more so just to have fun.

Thanks for all the questions though!

I couldn't really tell much whether or not they were one piece all the way across the lower lip or if they were two pieces that could be "easily" removed. Sorry.

Man, Ford STILL hasn't gotten in touch with me regarding the Mustang AT ALL. The only person I've spoken too since the reveal on the 18th of NOVEMBER, is the Prize Administration Manager at ePrize, who is a very nice and understanding lady who reassures me when I get upset!

I'm getting really impatient and aggrivated. I want to know something. It's getting closer and closer to the first build date and if I still have a chance of getting serial number 000101, seeing as how I'm in the 101st Airborne Division, the first 100 will be built in a matter of weeks I would think.

The only information they have asked from me was TODAY and that was where I wanted the Mustang delivered too. Ahhhhh!
