That's my car, but I can't comment on the Tokicos unfortunately (they were offered to me at cost but I was unable to get them at the time). However, the rear sway bar was a huge improvement over the stock piece. You don't know just how much of the body roll is due to the flimsy end links and rubber bushings until they're replaced with a larger diameter bar, billet end links and urethane bushings. I was shocked to say the least.
Wow that is impressive. Thank you for sharing! BMR makes such nice products. I wish i could do a FULL suspension kit from them.

Marz- Thank you for bringing those up i just looked them up on Konis website and they are REALLY reasonably priced. How do you think those would compare to the Ford racing handling pack that I posted a link of in my first post?

I did the springs, D-specs, sway bars, billet end links on the rear, and panhard bar/brace, and NO wobble anymore, just grips and rips. I'd say the rear bar did the most, but hard to pinpoint one as I did them in groups. Stock I thought the car would flop over on itself.

The Koni yellows are supposed to be much better, and are more costly, but weren't available when I wanted them.

And don't listen to SpoiledmOnkey up there, obviously doesn't realize this isn't the 'rip everyone apart' forum, it's more for reasonable and sane people, generally. If you wanna blow 1-2k on coilovers go for it, but you'll still need the rest of the stuff if you want good handling. The Ford stamped steel pieces and flimsy parts just don't cut it.

No problem. I've heard that the FRPP suspension kit - while it does produce excellent results in terms of handling - the ride is pretty brutal, and a bit much when it comes to every-day driving (I'm not sure if your Mustang is your daily driver). A friend at work has a brand-new Mustang, and he's just augmented his ride with Steeda springs, Koni STR.T dampers, upgraded sway bars (I can't remember which brand - probably Steeda if I were guessing), upgraded strut mounts and a Saleen Watts Linkage. Compared to the stock 2010 Mustang I test drove, this thing felt like it had the handling of a Lotus with the ride quality of a Cadillac. I'm embellishing a bit, obviously, but his new setup definitely made a huge improvement. So much so, in fact, that I'm purchasing those very components for my 2007 GT as soon as Uncle Sam direct deposits my refund.

Lol i hear ya man. I actually was just on Steedas site a few hours ago and saw a pretty good deal on a full set of their Pro action Shocks & Struts for $399. I think when I decide to buy , i'm going to go with these, Or the Koni dampers as you suggested. Im really loving this forum, each and every thread ive created so far Ive gotten really great help from everyone. Appreciate it guys

I would do sways (to help body roll) and Koni's (orange if you want to save money, yellow if you have the money).

Coilovers aren't worth it unless you need to set the ride height specifically, and/or corner-weight the car.

^ cost/performance, coilovers take the cake, but overall, if you don't plan on ever taking your car to the track, or playing with any of the adjustments that coilovers offer, and it's just for street use, springs/struts,sways and bushings will do you just fine, it really depends what your trying to do with the car
