First set of pics of the new ride.
And wouldn't you know it... tonight I got caught in a massive thunderstorm. High winds, rain, thunder, lightning... and the car did remarkably well. I never felt like it was going to get loose on me.

I think they hosed it down. I just got the rest of the crap washed off in the torrential thunderstorm. Going with clay bar and Zaino this weekend.
Oh yeah, how 'bout them Cowboys.
It's funny living in Redskins country that I can find all the Cowboys stuff I want here.

Yeah, I felt compelled to come back into the office and get some work done since I spent nearly 4 hours at the dealer today. 
It's a blast to drive. The V6 has GOOD power. Not the amazing power of the 5.0 but still very good. The pull above 3500 RPM is wicked good. Below 2500, it might as well be a 4 banger.
Brakes are excellent. Handling seems way better than the floaty rental-car image of the past.
MPGs. . . let's not go there just yet. It's been in the mid 90's and I've spent A LOT of time just sitting in the A/C figuring the EP out.
On the plus side, I'll get to see how good/bad/average the headlights are now.

I've said it before, but if I end up with a new V6, it's getting 3.73s, Roush O/R exhaust, CAI and a tune before leaving the dealer LOL...

i wish i had a drug i could inject that would make me forget about this stupid car until it arrives. the days are passing by so slowly and it probably won't even ship until next week, IF THAT. some dude who had his car built on my same day said his was a problem unit and wouldnt be shipped till LATE JULY

Dealer sticker goes away... soon. Like today if I get a chance. Front plate has to stay. I just don't need the hassle.
I may add the HIDs. Still on the fence. The regular headlights are actually quite good and the high beams are excellent. Tint is about the only thing I can see spending money on right now. The car was built EXACTLY as I wanted it. The V6 sounds absolutely intense. No aftermarket exhaust for me. Maybe a drop-in K&N air filter but even that isn't compelling right now.
