Stop means STOP...

So I bought my GT/CS on 10/22/11. On 5/17/12 my baby gets T-Boned by a lady that decided that after stopping was going to pull out as I am right infront of her. P/S door, rear quarter and both wheels got damaged.

Here is what she looked like as of Thursday last week. I should have it back Friday if all goes well. I have new wheels coming and will be put on after her after Allstate Insurance inspects it for my diminished value claim.

What is a diminished value claim? I have always wondered what you are supposed to do when your car gets hit and is no longer worth as much when it's time to sell.

Interesting pictures; sorry for your loss! I would be concerned about the body's straightness, which would show up during wheel alignment if not before. Make sure they do a good 5-wheel laser alignment, and good luck with the claim!

It is the monetary value you have lost due to the damage. I claimed a $7000.00 loss in value in which the at fault insurance company is liable for.

Sucks bro. Went throughout similar situation in jan when the car was only 5 weeks old. Good luck with the DV claim, don't lay down just to get it done. I really had to fight to get a fair value. In the end it all worked out but it was a learning experience. Main this is you weren't hurt.
